Using our services

Subscriptions & billing

Some Services, such as CallOrb, are billed on a subscription basis with usage-based components (e.g. per-minute call charges). Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in a product-specific billing policy.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the operation of our Services.

Intellectual property

All software, content, and branding associated with our Services is owned by Deebits Canada or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content or data you submit through our Services.

Our Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deebits Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
